This wedding was such a joy for me to photograph. It was the first time I have been flown to a job, and what a weekend getaway St. Petersburg, Florida was! |
Lindsay was a pleasure to photograph, and I loved being a part of her day. |
Her new husband is in the United States Airforce. I was thrilled to photograph a military wedding. |
Unbeknownst to David and Lindsay, the runner was far too short; but no matter, they were getting married. |
Sister reaction. |
It was such a lovely day for a wedding. |
Everyone was anxious to see the bride. |
After the wedding, there was cupcakes and punch. A perfect little party. |
Everywhere she went, there was someone holding up Lindsay's dress. I'm not sure she even knew. |
Then, off to a pretty park full of Spanish Moss for some photos. |
Sister moments. |
Lindsay's concern was precious to watch as the guys threw David into the air. |
And then there was a private lunch reception. With more cupcakes and beautiful candy, too. |
David and Lindsay even received a surprise rap concert. |
David rapped for his bride - freestyle. |
Off to Hawaii! David and Lindsay, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your day. I loved every moment. |

Great photos Shannon!
Shannon, hi, I'm from schola! Your sister told me about your blog, and I love the wedding photos, especially the bridal portrait. It's gorgeous. I recently second shot at my first wedding; here's the link to the post on it: http://practicallyquixotic2.blogspot.com/2011/12/bencassie-preview.html
